Compliance & Editorial Policy

Use AddressFinder.us to compare public U.S. virtual mailbox provider locations and address metadata. Do not use it to bypass bank, tax, platform, government, or identity-verification rules.

What we do not do

  • We do not help users bypass bank, tax, platform, government, mailing, or identity-verification requirements.
  • We do not guarantee that any address will be accepted by any institution, merchant, agency, platform, or form.
  • We do not present RDI, CMRA, or third-party validation output as proof of residence, domicile, physical presence, or legal address eligibility.
  • We do not advise users to use an address before opening a mailbox with the provider and completing all required verification.

How to use this directory

  • Use the directory to compare provider locations, states, monthly prices, and address metadata.
  • Verify the live address metadata before relying on a location.
  • Open a mailbox with the provider before using an address.
  • Complete USPS Form 1583, identity verification, notarization, and provider-specific onboarding when required.
  • Confirm the rules of the bank, tax agency, platform, merchant, government form, or service where you plan to use the address.

RDI, CMRA, and address metadata

RDI is address delivery metadata, not proof that a person lives at an address. CMRA metadata can help users understand whether a location is flagged as a commercial mail receiving agency, but it is not a guarantee of acceptance or non-acceptance. Provider verification and USPS Form 1583 may still apply.

Affiliate and editorial standards

  • Some outbound links may be affiliate or sponsored links. If users sign up through those links, AddressFinder.us may earn a commission.
  • Affiliate compensation does not guarantee ranking, placement, or a positive recommendation unless a placement is clearly labeled as sponsored.
  • We aim to keep affiliate disclosures clear and visible near recommendation areas, not hidden only in the footer.
  • Editorial comparisons should prioritize provider coverage, price, metadata, verification requirements, and user workflow fit.
